Billing Practices

ILAS is firmly committed to transparent legal budgeting and billing and will offer recurring or project specific flat fees to protect against budget overruns. If a client prefers hourly rates, ILAS will offer its standard hourly rates for billing. ILAS requires an initial retainer for legal fees and a separate retainer for costs, including travel expenses. Local support, through the ILAS network, would be governed by local billing procedures, which ILAS will coordinate.
